Communication with the Doctor – When the lab calls the office to speak with the doctor regarding a case and he/she is unavailable, we will request that he/she call us back within 24 hrs in order to keep the case on schedule. If we do not receive a call back from the doctor, then the case will be sent back to the office with a request to call the lab.
Cases sent back to the doctor’s office requesting a call will not stay on the original turn around schedule. When the case comes back to the lab, it will be rescheduled as a new case and will start over.
Accounts must maintain a 30 day balance. No new work will be accepted from accounts carrying a past due balance.
Accounts that are 60 days or more past due will receive a letter stating that we will not accept work until they are at a 30 day balance.
