Communication with the Doctor – When the lab calls the office to speak with the doctor regarding a case and he/she is unavailable, we will request that he/she call us back within 24 hrs in order to keep the case on schedule. If we do not receive a call back from the doctor, then the case will be sent back to the office with a request to call the lab. (Shipping fees may apply.)
Cases sent back to the doctor’s office requesting a call will not stay on the original turn around schedule. When the case comes back to the lab, it will be rescheduled as a new case and will start over.
Accounts must maintain a 30 day balance. No new work will be accepted from account carrying a past due balance.

Edmonds Dental Prosthetics is pleased to offer a professional courtesy discount to all of our doctors and their staff. In order to receive this discount, you must be in good standing with Edmonds Dental Prosthetics and have maintained a current balance. Active doctors in good standing will receive a 50% discount on any fixed restoration (alloy fees may apply) up to 3 units as well as any removable restoration.
The doctor’s active staff will receive a 10% discount on any fixed restoration up to 3 units as well as any removable restoration.
These discounts exclude any implant related components, labor, and abutments that could be associated with a fixed or removable restoration. Please contact us before sending a case when you are requesting a courtesy discount.
We offer a full refund if a course cancellation is done at least three days prior to the course date. If a cancellation is received less than three days from the scheduled course date, a partial refund will be given and a $200 cancellation fee will apply.
A written or verbal cancellation must be made directly with Swiss School of Prosthetics by emailing [email protected] or calling 1-800-462-3569 ext. 302.
If your cancellation is made within the three day time frame and a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven days.
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Edmonds Dental Prosthetics Remake Policy will not apply to any past due accounts.
Edmonds Dental Prosthetics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse accepting any new cases until the balance is paid in full and the account is current.
Edmonds Dental Prosthetics can amend the remake policy at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Edmonds Dental Prosthetics offers a 5-year warranty on all Fixed Restorations, a 5-year warranty on metal partial frames, a 5-year warranty on acrylic and teeth, and a 5-year warranty on all other Removable Restorations.
Orthodontic Appliances are warranted for a period of 6 months and Occlusal Guards, Splints, and Retainers are covered for 90 days from date of invoice.
What is covered?
Work is guaranteed to be free of defects due to materials and craftsmanship. The appliance is guaranteed to fit the provided model and to be constructed to the design requested on the prescription form.
Edmonds Dental Prosthetics will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product that fails due to defects in materials or craftsmanship within a period of one year from the date of invoice. This excludes Orthodontic Appliances, Splints, Retainers, and Occlusal Guards.
Cash refunds for a custom-made restoration
Cost incurred for removal or insertion
Repairs resulting from accident, neglect, abuse, failure of supportive tooth structure or tissue structures
Improper adjustments or dental hygiene
Appliances that have been modified/retro fitted with Implant or Endo Components
Repairs, Temporary Appliances (Flippers).
Prosthesis partially fabricated or completely fabricated by a lab other than Edmonds Dental Prosthetics.
